About The Event
Self care in the Modern World-Facilitated by SW Chris Pressley- Join Chris as he facilitates these interactive, educational classes where you will learn about the "9 Pillars of Self-Care" which are Environment, Mental-Emotional body, Physical body, Relationships, Fun, Travel, Creativity, Community, & Love. This is a module based workshop that will focus on each pillar in-depth before moving to the next one. This months class will be an introduction to the series.
