Nicole M. Archer, LPC, is a clinical psychotherapist of West Indian heritage with extensive experience in MST (Multisystemic Therapy) and a decade of supervisory roles. Currently in private practice, Nicole employs an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating DBT, CBT, and MI to address her clients' core concerns, guiding them through their personal therapeutic journeys with a focus on self-responsibility and growth.

Nicole M. Archer, LPC is a clinical psychotherapist of West Indian heritage. Her clinical training started with MST- Multisystemic Therapy where she was a clinical and supervisor for 10 years. Nicole has been in private practice for the past 5 years as an individual provider and considers herself and "Eclectic psychotherapist" using various treatment modalities and techniques to work with her clients. She is trained in DBT, CBT, and MI amongst other... and uses these treatments to support her clients in identifying and working through their true treatment concerns. Nicole believes that we are each responsible for our therapeutic journey as it takes work, an open mind, acceptance and belief in yourself to make the progress one hopes to achieve during this process. With her background in leading and supporting clinicians through their work in bettering the lives of clients, she looks forward to working with the practitioners of the Enlightenment Counseling Center to better the lives of the surrounding communities.
