Paulette is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with adults and adolescents in the Greater Hartford area for over eight years. Her specialties include working with families to identify and heal inter-generational patterns of trauma and helping adolescents and pre-teens navigate the often-bumpy journey from puberty to launching.

Paulette has a passion form working with couples, challenging them to improve communication and to invite intimacy, passion, and security back into their relationship. She is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral, Structural, and Strategic Family Therapy and also utilizes Internal Family Systems and Imago Therapy techniques. Paulette believes that true healing ultimately comes from within and that the therapist should be a trusted guide and witness to this uniquely personal process.
